Perhaps you’ve seen the billboards, our Facebook and Instagram posts, email newsletter, or the posters in our windows—or maybe you’ve heard the news through the grapevine. After many wonderful years, we are retiring and moving on to the next chapter of our lives.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve loved seeing so many of you during our retirement sale (where everything is 20% off) and hearing your kind words and well wishes. Plus, we’ve had the incredible honor of being featured in news stories by NBC 26 and The Post-Crescent. We've also received lots of questions about the future of the store, so we’ve put together this quick FAQ to keep you in the loop!

What is the Sale?
Everything is at least 20% off in-store and online—no promo code needed! Discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Is the Store Closing?
Not necessarily! The store is for sale, and now that the holiday rush has passed, we’re meeting with several prospective buyers. If you’re interested in buying the business, please contact us by phone or email to set up a meeting.
How Long Will the Sale Last?
The sale’s duration depends on if and when a new owner takes over. Currently we’re not planning on increasing the discount percentage, so take advantage of the current deals while they last!
Are You Still Selling Gift Certificates?
No, we’ve stopped selling gift certificates because we are unsure of what the future holds for the store. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their gift certificates while the store is open. However, you can purchase a gift certificate from Appleton Downtown, which can be used at over 150 local businesses—including ours! Visit their office at the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel or their website for details.
I Have a Gift Certificate or In-Store Credit. Can I Still Use It?
Yes! All outstanding gift certificates and in-store credits are still being honored. Not sure if you have a credit on file? Contact us with your first name and the phone number it’s under, and we’ll check for you. In-store credits can also be used online—just let us know!
